to embark ona long journey, retire, leave
an organization. Sayinga good bye to

The school cordially invites you
on the farewellparty of class 12.

The farewell party is being

organized by class 11 and
by school management.
 Details of the Event:

 At 10:30 A.m. students will gather in the

school Auditorium.
 At 11:00 am host will start the Event.
 At 11:05 am Entry of the chief guest and the
principal sir.
 At 11:10 am welcome speech for chief guest
 At 11:20 am lightening of lamps will be done
by the chief guest and the principal sir.
 At 11:25 am juniors will sing a song and also
a dance will be performed by them.
 At 11:55 am a Farewell speech will be
delivered by a junior.

 At 12:05 pm Annual prize distribution will be

done by the chief guest.
 At 1:35 pm Games and activities
 At 2:20 pm Photography session will be
done
 At 2:35 pm Farewell speech by the school
principal
 At 2:45 pm vote of thanks from class 12.
 At 2:55 pm time for lunch.

Musical chairs:

Musical chairs is always a fun game to

play with many people sound.

Treasure hunt:

The game, which lasted half a day, was

carried out around the school
compound. The activity not only gave
each team rush of adrenaline but also
built self-esteem and fostered
teamwork was the game “Treasure
hunt”.

Planning :

Our group of 10 people had decided to

arrange the farewell party for the
students of class 12th. So we asked
some staff members, teachers and
management to contribute.
We asked our school management,
some students of class 11, teachers
and non-teaching staff members to
contribute.
The school management contributed
rs4000.
Teachers contributed rs3500 in all.
Stundents of class 11th contributed
rs3000 in all.
Non-teaching staff has contributed
rs1000.
 Delegation :

We have the group of 11 people and we

decided to divide the work.
There was a group coordinator who
divided the work equally.
The work was divide between 2 people,
so there were 5 teams looking for
different things. There were 2 people in
each team.
The coordinator was after the teams
divided for the work, if they are doing
anything wrong or facing any problem.
Team 1: They were looking for the food
management.

Team 2: They were managing the props

and stage.

Team 3: They were arranging and

testing the sound system.

Team 4: They were looking for the best

photographer.

Team 5: They were managing the

decorations, and looking that the
decoration things are available.
Budget
(A) Incomes:
1. The class 11 has
contributed Rs3000 in all.
2. The management of the
schoolhas contributed Rs
4000.
3. Teachers in all contributed
Rs 3500.
4. The non-teaching staff
hascontributed Rs.1000.
 (B) Expenditure:
1. The decoration cost 2000.
2. The prize cost 1500.
3. The Brunch cost Rs 2700.
4. The sound system cost 1000.
5. The Photography cost 1500.
6. Props used Rs. 800
Total income - expenditure
11500-9500
2000 left over.
