In this article, Anshari et al illustrate that machine learning will help make
knowledge management easier to discover and share. The author uses the
data of knowledge management application and the big data analysis to
analyze the influence of intelligent machines on optimizing knowledge
management. Their research focuses on investigating the extent to which
intelligent machines are used in knowledge management applications. This
article is useful for my research topic because Anshari et al believe that
knowledge management assisted by intelligent machines will be the future of
business survival. The main limitation of this paper is that it only studies how
intelligent machines can deliver the key information of big data to humans.
Therefore, authors should consider analyzing the process by which humans
transfer big data to intelligent machines. Although this paper does not form
the basis of my research, it will be useful supplementary information for my
research on human-machine knowledge exchange.

In this article, Kshirsagar et al. explain how AI can deliver knowledge to

students and its important role in education. The author uses the grouping
analysis and ANN algorithm to identify the influence between the knowledge
sources of teachers and intelligent machines on students. Their research
focuses on assessing the impact of AI on traditional education and AI
efficiently. This article is useful for my research topic, because Kshirsagar et al
believe that intelligent machines will help students acquire more abundant
knowledge more easily in the future education. The main limitation of this
article is that it only studies the transfer of knowledge from intelligent
machines to humans rather than the exchange. Therefore, authors should pay
attention to how people transfer knowledge to intelligent machines and how
machines learn. This article does not form my research basis. However, it will
be useful additional information to my research on human-machine
knowledge exchange.

In the article, Pai et al. illustrate the extent to which intelligent machines can
help companies process information and manage knowledge effectively. The
authors used data from the PICO model and Scopus database to analyze the
elements required for intelligent machines to implement knowledge
management processes. Their research focuses on assessing the impact of
five key factors on knowledge management and exchange. This article is
useful for my research topic because Pai et al believe that smart machines
can help companies implement knowledge management and exchange, but
companies should also enhance the learning capabilities of smart machines.
The main limitation of this paper is that it only studies the help of knowledge
exchange to enterprises. Therefore, authors should consider studying the
relationship between knowledge exchange and individuals. Although this
paper does not form the basis of my research, it will be useful supplementary
information for my research on human-machine knowledge exchange.

In this article, Sartori elaborates on the challenges that intelligent machines’

new knowledge will pose to traditional knowledge management in the future.
The author constructs a new machine knowledge management model to
analyze whether human and machine knowledge can be mutually understood
in the future. Their research focuses on how to use machine knowledge
management system as an intermediary to promote man-machine knowledge
assistance. This article is useful for my research topic because Sartori
believes that in the future people need a uniform standard to help exchange
information from human and machines. The main limitation of this article is
that it only studies the benefits and development of machine knowledge
management. Therefore, authors should think about how human knowledge
management can be adjusted to help exchange. Although this paper does not
form the basis of my research, it will be supplementary information for my
research on human-machine knowledge exchange.

In this article, Shi et al. describe the impact of knowledge transfer on the
development of intelligent machines such as artificial intelligence. The author
uses the data and knowledge transfer model of Chinese AI enterprises to
determine the main factors affecting the efficiency of knowledge transfer.
Their research focuses on assessing the magnitude of the impact of four
hypotheses such as content and innovation on knowledge exchange. This
article is useful for my research topic, because Shi et al. believe that
knowledge innovation and organizational distance are the most critical factors
affecting knowledge transmission. The main limitation of this paper is that it
only researchs the data of Chinese intelligent machine enterprises. Therefore,
the author should collect cases of large intelligent machine enterprises in
global for analysis. Although this article does not form the basis of my
research, it will be useful supplementary information for my research on
human-machine knowledge exchange.
