My 5 ways of showing good personal hygiene

1) Washing my face

2) Cleaning my ears

3) Shaving my beard and mustache

4) Taking bath everyday

5) Cutting my nails
3 Types of Hazards

1) Microbiological hazards
Examples: Bacteria, fungi and viruses.

2) Chemical hazards
Examples: Acids, caustic substances and petroleum products.

3) Physical hazards
Examples: Radiation, pressure and noise.

We practice safety and cleanliness in our home by:

 Cleaning the outside and inside of our home.
 Making sure that there are no water outside of our home that can be used by mosquito as
their home.
 We always make sure that our equipment or materials are always clean such as kitchen
ware, plate, glass etc.
 Putting the equipment in proper place.
 Keep all cleaning products and detergents away from kids.
 Cover all electrical outlets and wires.
 Know where to locate the emergency contact list.
 Avoid opening doors to strangers.
 Always make sure that your home have first aid kit.
 Be familiar with family escape plan when there are fire or earthquake.
 Empty the trash bin regularly.
 Keep your bed room organized.
 Clean air vents regularly
 Keep indoor and outdoor plants trimmed.
