1.Overview
This document provides guidelines related to validation of speakers for scripted collection. Scripted
collections are files which are collected following specific requirements.

2.Speaker Validation
The speaker validation process ensures that the speakers collected comply with the requirements
provided. Please note that the speakers validation process focuses primarily on the validation of the
speakers whether it is the gender, age, accent etc.

3.Procedures
1. Read carefully the Collection Guidelines (ask your POC to provide the guidelines based on the
project you are validating)
2. Log on to https://dashboard.e2f.ai/speaker-validation with your Gmail account.
Please set that account as the default one when you first log in to the dashboard and
remove all other accounts and cookies before logging in.

3-Filter by Assignee(All) and Status (Available)

3-Click on the “assign this speaker to me” button to pick up one speaker. Click Yes to
allocate all records of one speaker to you

4-Once you click Yes, you will get access to all files from the same speaker

3-Listen to the audio of each speaker by clicking the play button to check that the same
voice is heard in all of the audios. If you detect any different voice, click on the reject

button and indicate the reason such as the speaker voice does not match the voice in
other files.

Then check all the information of the speaker

● Gender
● Age (this one is tricky but if by any chance, you can identify the age, please do so)
● Native or Non native
● Accent

4-You may edit the above information to update the information by clicking on the edit
button. Please note that changes to the above will be reflected in all the files from the
same speaker

5-Click on the action button to accept or reject files. In case of rejection provide a reason
for the rejection. Each file will need to be accepted or rejected.

4.Metrics
One Speaker validation should take about 3 minutes.
In one hour of work, a validator should complete 20 files
