BD Ramp up Plan
Update Jan 1/12/23
 BD MEDICAL RAMP UP PLAN – update Jan 12/23

Changes to model:

• Manpower plan in place to move experienced team members

from other production lines to BD, effective immediately,
including significant over time to ramp as fast as possible
• Added 41 more team members to hiring plan to run mirror line (in
addition to 90 already planned)
• Layout/tooling plan in place to complete mirror line by Feb 2nd
(PAS and SINGLE)
• New capital investment procurement and layout improvement
underway. New welding equipment along with line configuration
improvements expected to be live by Feb 12th
Results to Model Changes: All recoveries moved from end of March to mid February
 BD line ramp up plan –Jan 12/23
Focus: PAS and SINGLE
• PAS line to produce at demand rate by Jan 19th and full past due
recovery by Feb 15th (vs. March 30th in yesterday's discussion)
• Single line to produce at demand rate by Feb 3rd and full past due
recovery by Feb 22nd (vs. April 15th in yesterday's discussion)
