It is to inform you that the CBI, has

rcgistered on the basis of a prelimin ary Enquiry conducted on the
ordcrs of the
Hon'ble l{igh Court of Allahabad, U ttar Pradesh. It is alleged thaL
the instaot board
had issued a large numbel of fa ke.mall( sheets and certificatcs
with/without
cr..rnducting examinations and solely for the purpose of
financial coDsiderations
During the coulse of cnquity, it has been revealed that the name ot

including "Board of Secondary Educatron, Madhya Bharat,

remained mentioned in the Uttar pradesh lntermediate Education

which is constituted as per Statute ian

Further, tJIe Department of Education,

from Up Intermediate Education

Ministq, of Human Resour.ce Development, Depaftment of School Education &
Literacy, Ner.' Delhi has informed that "Board of Secondar) Education, Madhya
Bharat,Crvalior" has oeither been set up nor approved nor recognized by IUHRD.

It has been further revealed during the enquiry that various States of Republic
of.India have given equivalence to the examinations of,,Board of Secondary
Education, Madhya Bharat, Gr..alior" in their respective states for the purpose of
seeking appointment in different Government/private Organizations urrd tbi tuklng
admissions for higher studies. Further, va ous schools/coileges of these States have
also takcn afEliation Ircrn "Board of Secordar_v Education, Midhya Bharat,
Grvalior,,
to conduct examinations of Class Xth and XIITI and in fuitirerance ure issuing

ma,k sheets and certificates ofthis board to the candidates. on the basis ofthese fake
marli sheets and cerlificates, various candidates have procured uppointments in
Goveurfirent Departments of Union of India as la€ll as States.

It is therefore, requested that the beneficialies who have procured

appointments in Covernmelt Departments in your Statc on the strength of mark
sheets aDd certificates of 'Board of Sccondary Education, Madhya
tsharat, Gwalior,,
may be ascertaincd and suitable action as deemed fit be initiatecl against t}Iem.
