Following each writing prompt task card page in the opinion writing
and the informational writing, you will find graphic organizers. The
first graphic organizer for each prompt is perfect for students to
organize their writing into a 3 paragraph essay. You may want to use
this option for an entire class as a first lesson or writing activity of
the year, or you may use this choice to differentiation and give to
students who are not ready to write a 5 paragraph essay.

essay. Once students have completed the graphic organizer, they can use the
