ABSTRACT

•This proposed concepts is to construct a quality monitoring

system based on IoT which will ensure the quality of milk which
is a common dairy product.
•Our focus is to monitor the quality of milk-based on pH value
and other parameters.
•The sensor system is connected to the internet via the developed
IoT application module, which displays the detected adulterant
results in a dedicated web page designed for this purpose.
EXISTING SYSTEM
 The quality of milk-based on pH value, moisture, alcohol
presence, checking light intensity, temperature and humidity
test.
 Blynk app is used as the IoT platform whether the user is able
to see the real-time values of all parameters including the
values fetched from MQ135, pH, LDR and DHT11 sensors.
 Serial communication is also being established between
Arduino mega and nodemcu for dynamic sensor data
transmission.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
• In this proposed method a Milk Quality Monitoring System
using an ATmega328 microcontroller interfaced with
spectral sensors which analyses the quality of milk in a
milk container tanker. Various parameters are also
measured and classified.
• As an outcome of the process if any adulteration found on
the milk it will send to location SMS immediately to purify
the milk as soon as possible.
• This system protects from many hazardous diseases and
other side effects are prevented.

PH SENSOR

 Pure milk pH range 6.7 to 6.9

 pH of milk can change over a time or milk
may adulterant.
 pH sensor may used to determine the pH of
milk
GAS SENSOR :

 Gas sensor(or) Air Quality sensor are used to

identify poisonous gases in the form of foul odor.
 As a gas sensor ,the MQ135 used.

 The sensitive material in the sensor Sno2.

 This sensitive to ammonia, sulfide, smoke and
other hazardous gases
BLUETOOTH MODULE:

 The arduino controller is connected to the bluetooth

module . this system's real time data is accessed through
bluetooth.
 Customers and milk depositor can uses their own mobile
device to access it.
 They can also store data logs on their own mobile device
for later uses using an android device.
WORKING:

 The device can be set up in a nearby dairy or

milk.
 Turn on with a 5 volt dv supply through the
power supply module.
 The pH of milk sample is detected by using pH
sensor.
 Fat is determined using the light scattering
principle.
 LEDs are used to emit light beams and LDR are
used to calculate scattering of such beam.
RESULT AND OUTPUT
The key components of this proposed Arduino Uno
system are as follows: The UNO version is included in
this proposed scheme. 5v Power supply board is used to
turn on the sensors. The milk quantity is notified with the
help of sensor and if any changes occur in the quality of
milk, then it will send an alert to user about the status of
milk with the location.
Milk Adulteration Detection using Kit
CONCLUSION
Across many regions, there has been an increase in the
number of milk centers due to a growing demand for milk
from the current generation. Detection and prevention of
dairy adulteration must be precise and consistent. A color
sensor is used to detect milk adulteration. This system
employs an Arduino microcontroller. Using this Arduino,
the entire milk analyzer system can be controlled.
Sensors can be connected to controllers in a variety of
ways.
FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
The industry will benefit because this can be used as a
cheap alternative to the prohibitively expensive and
cumbersome meters currently in use in other countries.
Milk has a unique nutritive value and plays an important
role in human health, making it an essential part of any
diet. The density of the milk is measured using an
intensity sensor, and the milk's level is also measured
using an ultrasonic sensor to ensure that the milk is of
high quality.
