A. -REPUBLIC ACT NO.

3571, June 21, 1963 (AN ACT TO PROHIBIT THE CUTTING,


DESTROYING OR INJURING OF PLANTED OR GROWING TREES FLOWERING PLANTS AND
SHRUBS OR PLANTS OF SCENIC VALUE ALONG PUBLIC ROADS, IN PLAZAS, PARKS,
SCHOOL PREMISES OR IN ANY OTHER PUBLIC PLEASURE GROUND.)
This act is to maintain the beauty of every nature in any places. They want to preserve cool, fresh, and
healthy climate this policy of the Government to cherish, protect and conserve planted or growing trees,
flowering plants and shrubs or plants of ornamental value along public roads, in plazas, parks, school
premises or in any other public ground.
The purpose or goal of this act is the Director of Parks and Wildlife shall have the power to create a
committee in each and every municipality in the Philippines. This is an act to prohibit the cutting,
destroying, or injuring of planted or growing trees, flowering plants and shrubs or plants of scenic value
along public roads, in plazas, parks, school premises, or in any other public ground. Any person who shall
cut, destroy or injure trees, flowering plants and shrubs or plants of scenic value mentioned in the
preceding sections of this Act, shall be punished by prisión correccional in its minimum period to prision
mayor in its minimum period.

This act is to protect and advance the right of the people to a balanced and healthful ecology in accord
with the rhythm and harmony of nature. Promote and protect the global environment to attain sustainable
development while recognizing the primary responsibility of local government units to deal with
environmental problems and responsibility of cleaning the habitat and environment is primarily area-
based.
The purpose and goal of this act is to manage the cleanliness and have a good environment to live in and
to prevent pollution. Also encourage us to participation of an informed and active public in air quality
planning and monitoring
We have the right to breath clean air, enjoy all natural resources and monitoring of environmental policies
and programs and in the decision-making process.

B.-Childhood cancer is rare program

This for children that have cancer and have them regularly check-up and to early cure their disease.
Making up less that 5% of all cancer cases in the world this usually include leukemia (affecting the
blood), Lymphoma (affecting the lymph modes), and some tumors that exclusively occur in children.
-Adopt a watershed program
This program is to aims to prevent the watershed in Baguio city through partnerships with government
and non-government organizations, civic organizations, and schoold through tree planting, nurturing, and
other related activities.
