[Minimum requirements] 4
The institutions named below agree to cooperate for the exchange of students
and/or staff in the context of the Erasmus+ programme. They commit to respect
the quality requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Hlgher Education in all aspects
of the organlsation and management of the mobility, in particular the recognition of
the credits (or equivalent) awarded to students by the partner institution. The
institutions also commit to sound and transparent management of funds allocated
to them through Erasmus+.

The higher education institut ion(s) located in a Partn er Country of Erasmus+ must respect
the follow ing set of principles and requirements:

• Provide assista nce related to obta ining visas, wh en requi red, for incoming and
outbound mobile participant s. Costs for visas can be covered with th e mobility
grants. See the information I v isa section for contact details.
• Provide assist ance related to obtaining insurance, w hen required, for incoming and
outbound mobile participant s. The institution from the Partner Country should inform ·
mobile parti cipants ·of cases in which lnsurance cover ls not aut omatically provlded .
Costs for insurance can be covered with the organisational support grants. See th e
information 1 insurance section for contact details.
• Provide guldance to incoming mobi le participants in fi nding accommodation. See th e
information I housing section for contact details.
• Ensure equal academic treatment and services for home students and staff and
incoming mobil e participants and integrat e incoming mobile participants into the
institution's everyday life, and have in place appropriat e mentoring and support
arrangements for mobile participants as well as appropriate linguistic support t o
incoming mobile particlpants.
• Accept all activities indicat ed in the lea rnin g agreement as countlng towards t he
degree, provided these have been satisfactori ly complet ed by th e mobile stud ent.
• Prov ide, free -of-charge, incoming mobi le students and their sending institutions with
transcript s in English or in th e language of th e sending institution containi ng a fu ll,
accurat e and timely record of their achievements at the end of their mobility period.
• Support the reintegration of mobi le parti cipants and give th em the oppor tunit y, upon
return, to build on their experi ences for the benefit of t he I nstitution and their peers.
• Ensure that staff are given recognition for their teaching and training activities
undertaken during the mobility peri od, based on a m obilit y agreement.

Students will be chosen based on required level of English and based on t heir study results.
It is necessary that they would be scored 65% and better in their grades. Otherwise they
will have probl em s completing the subjects in Opava as th e lowest grade for passing the
test s is usually 65%.

F. Calendar
1. Applications/information on nominated students must reach the receiving institution

4 . Termination of the agreement
[It is up to the involved institutions to agree on the procedure for modifying or
terminatlng the lnter-instltutlonal agreement. However, in the event of unilateral
termination, a notlce of at least one academic year shou/d be gíven. Thís means that
a unilateral decislon to discontinue the exchanges notifíed to the other party by 1
September 20XX w/11 on ly ta ke effect a s of 1 September 20XX+1. The termínatíon
clauses must inc/ude the fo/lowing disclaimer: "Neither the European Commissíon nor
the Natíonal Agencíes can be held responsíble in case of a conflict. "]

visas for íncoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requlrements of the
Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.

3. Ins urance
The sending and receiving lnstltutions will provide assistance in obtainlng lnsurance
for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirem ents of the
Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
The receiving institution will inform mobile participants of cases in whlch insurance
cover is not automatically provlded. Information and assistance can be provided by
the following contact points and information sources:

accommodation, accordlng to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher
Education .
