 Through the research I have gathered on esports teams and company’s websites and social

media I have come to have a detailed understanding of the do’s, don’ts, and tips to managing an
esports team's social media presence effectively. To start, I would appeal to my target audience
by posting regularly with a strict time schedule. I would also recommend posting at least once a
day to keep viewer interaction and engagement at its peak, in addition to I would also advise to
reply to comments and take in their ideas to build a healthy community within your social media
presence and help it grow and thrive especially in the beginning stages of your social media
development. What you are posting is another massive addition to how successful you are
within social media, to post about relevant topics and events but not to zoom in on one specific
thing, as a variety of topics in your target audience might be better suited and help to keep
people hooked on you and you company. For example, the wildcard studio actively engages with
their community by holding events to determine the added content to be released for their
video game ark survival evolved. These types of interactions with the audience can be key for
esports social media as it is a unique way for the audience to influence what they see and what
the company produces. Regarding promotional material within the esports industry it is advised
not to stray too far from esports-related material, however you should not be afraid to delve
outside of things linked to esports, for example fnatic is partnered with asos. Now for
influencers you have many options as you can be players in your team or teams to be the face of
your brand. You could also use youtubers and streamers as many are not part of an esports
team but still represent them. To name some stuff you should avoid some influences who have
had a negative appearance in news sources or have made controversial comments or posts in
the past. Which leads to avoiding any comments or posts that could be taken out of context or
be seen as controversial. Another way to maintain reprotection is to manage and keep your
players attitude and feelings towards each other and other teams not too hostile as it can build
up a bad rep for your esports team.
