We are happy to inform that you have been shortlisted and invited to attend the Selection Process (SP) on the date allotted. The Selection Process is
scheduled at IBS Hyderabad campus from February 20, 2023 to March 04, 2023 for the following programs offered at 9 IBS campuses:

MBA Program offered by IBS Hyderabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur
PGPM Program offered by IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune.

Selection Process Date Confirmation

You are required to confirm your attendance for the Selection Process by selecting the date using the link "Online Confirmation - SP" available on
the website www.ibsindia.org on or before February 15, 2023 . The online confirmation of Selection Process date is mandatory for all candidates.
You will not be permitted to participate in the Selection Process, without confirmation.

You will be eligible for admission to a campus, based on your performance in Group discussion, Personal interview and your Past academic record. The
day/date when you attend the Selection Process does not have any effect on the selection.

Selection Process at Hyderabad

The candidates have to spend one full day at IBS Hyderabad campus for the Selection Process. The Selection Process comprises of Group Discussion
and Personal Interview. For details on the Selection Process, and the documents required to be submitted at the time of registration, you may refer
the Selection Process booklet (enclosed).

Arrival in Hyderabad

As the Selection Process starts early in the morning at 7.00 a.m each day at the campus you are advised to reach Hyderabad a day before the
scheduled date of the Selection Process. IBS Hyderabad campus does not provide accommodation to the candidates attending the Selection Process.
A list of hotels suiting various budgets is available in the Ready Reckoner (given in the kit).

The IBS Hyderabad campus is located at Dontanapalli, Shankerpalli Road.

The travel time from Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta to IBS Hyderabad Campus is about one hour for the distance of 33 km. The transport facility for
reaching the campus has been arranged on payment basis. The pick-up point for the transport is IBS Admissions Office, Plot No. 65, Nagarjuna Hills,
Punjagutta, Hyderabad. The transport charges per person, for to and fro travel to the campus, by bus are Rs.800.

To avail the transport facility arranged by the institution you are required to confirm online indicating the number of persons (candidate and
accompanying persons) for whom you require the transport facility in the "Online Confirmation - SP" available at www.ibsindia.org before
February 15th, 2023. You have to make the payment online for the persons confirmed. The transport will be arranged only for those who confirm
and pay online.

You have to report at Plot No: 65, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad by 6.00 a.m on the Selection Process date allotted to you.
The route map to reach Punjagutta from various locations of the city is given in Ready Reckoner. The buses to campus will operate only from
6.00 a.m to 7.15 a.m. Candidates who reach the pick-up point after 7.15 a.m have to make their own travel arrangements. You will
be dropped back at Punjagutta on the same day after the Selection Process.

You are requested to note the following points:

Registration at the campus will be done on first come-first serve basis.

Only candidates whose Selection Process is scheduled on that particular day and who have confirmed and paid online will be permitted to avail
the transport facility.
Candidates have to carry the Interview Call Letter, a photo ID and bus coupon (issued online) for utilizing the transport facility.
There is no parking space for any vehicles (2/3/4 wheelers) at the pick-up point. Hence you are requested not to bring personal vehicles to the
pick-up point.

If you wish to reach IBS Hyderabad Campus directly by your own/hired transport you may report at the Campus by 7.00 a.m sharp

on the date allotted. The route map to reach the Selection Process venue is given in the Ready Reckoner.

Selection Process Kit

Selection Process Kit containing booklets/brochures enclosed with this letter provides relevant information on Selection Process. You are advised to
carefully go through the information given in the booklets and come fully prepared.

Submission of Documents to Register for Group Discussion and Personal Interview Slot

You are required to submit filled in Application Form with photograph affixed, Photocopies of Class X, Class XII and Graduation Marks Lists (self
attested) on the day of interview.
