NOHS Class ‘70

Re: Request for Approval

Dear Ma’am,

We the Alumni of Class ‘70 (NOHS) is proposing to put up a shed. An open sided shed
from the two-storey building to the pedestrian alley shed, passing the existing class ‘70
Cabana.

As previously presented, this covered shed will:

1.) Protect passing students from the heat of the sun and more so when it rain.
2.) This will serve as occasional meeting place for class ’70 (normally twice a year).

This project is impossible to undergo without your consent & assistance. To this, we
greatly desire your approval for the followings:
1.) We start construction January 2023.
2.) We will remove plant box fronting entrance of the proposed shed.
3.) We will fence the proposed site. This will prevent students within the construction area.
4.) We will borrow your available scaffoldings.
5.) We be allowed to provide bunk house for our working group within school premises.
6.) We be allowed to avail electrical power for welding purposes. Of course, cost of
electrical power used will be for the account of class ‘70.
