 Terms & Conditions
1. There will be an initial screening of the ticket at the main gate, followed by scanning of the ticket at the
numbered gates of the stadium.
2. The QR code must be readable by the scanner. Without a readable QR code, entry into the venue will not
be allowed.
3. A seal/stamp will be put on the hand/wrist of every audience member at the gate in case of a re-entry,
without which the audience will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances.
4. The seal/stamp will be considered unacceptable for entry if it is erased or not clearly visible.
5. The organizers reserve the right to pat down a ticket holder at entry point, if deemed necessary.
6. Gates will open at 10.00 AM and no one can leave before 7 PM.
7. Children below the age of 12 (twelve) will not be allowed entry at the event.
8. No outside food or drinks will be allowed. food will be available at the venue at gate no. 12 at reasonable
price. Water will also be available.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any kind of tobacco or tobacco products (E-cigarettes, vape etc.) will not be
allowed inside the venue.
10. Entry is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.
11. The organizers reserve the right to close entry at any moment if the capacity is full.
12. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove from the premises, people or persons
deemed as a security threat or an element of disturbance.
13. The organizers reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time and also reserve the right
to confiscate any item which may cause danger or disturbance to other members of the audience and if
deemed as a security threat.
14. CCTV and film cameras will be operational at the venue. Attending the event signifies that the ticket
holders agree to the filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience with no
obligations of any kind on the organizers' part. Spellbound Communications Ltd reserves the right to use
any pictures or videos captured on this occasion.
15. The organizers will not take any responsibilities for loss or theft of any personal belongings or any kind of
loss, injury and damage to the holder of this ticket.
16. Cameras of any kind whatsoever (other than those in mobile phones) are strictly prohibited inside the
venue. The organizers reserve the right to confiscate such items.
17. Phones must be kept on silent mode during all performances.
18. Any kind of electrical devices such as mobile phone chargers, headphones, Bluetooth speakers, power
banks, electronic cigarettes and such will not be allowed inside the venue for security purposes and
measures.
19. Any kind of bags will not be allowed inside the venue. People carrying bag/bags will be asked to leave the
premises immediately. (There will be no facilities for keeping bags at the venue.)
20. Women are specifically requested to not bring purses larger than 10 inches by 6 inches, where they can
bring their phones, keys and money. Any bags larger than this will not be allowed inside.
