As we tackle these different questions, let us talk about John B.
Watson's theory or concept
of behavior, and how we see his structure while using the point of view as a normal college student. There are many ways that affects our behavior, primarily culture because culture is a type of practice that is embedded from generations to generations. Effective learning varies into different types of factors, and this includes an effective learning environment to actually activate this what we call room for improvement. Having a peace of mind helps us focus and rather increase the odds of increasing our own attributes in terms of learning, or keep on pace in our own perfect timing to achieve our own inner peace. First and foremost, I'd like to thank myself for surviving and not giving up for the entire year up to this point. As the year passed, I learned that many of my previously undiscovered undesirable habits and behaviors surfaced at random, and I recently discovered certain traits that I despise. I believe I can list them all. Over-procrastination was the first behavior to emerge during the pandemic. This poor behavior caused me anxiety, depression, and a lot of stress. In addition, it affected my studies a lot but I learnt how to lessen it by staying busy with all of my activities or modules. Learning to reduce and change the things that have negative consequences is a huge assistance for me. Personally, Ilocano culture affected the way how I think and how I support my own beliefs because what reinforces these belief is the fact that we are worried of what other people think about us, which is not supposed to happen. As a response, we do things cautiously and conservatively because we preserve our self-image in different aspects, especially digital because we are living in a generation where we depend on technology as a main source of information, entertainment, communication and dose of necessities that heightens our capability to live or survive this environment. Procrastination or cramming is a type of behavior where we see the due date as the do date, and this is a type of behavior where we fail to manage time because of this type of set up, especially this type of classes. Furthermore, there we a lot of destructive habits that I have to work with. Thanks to his lesson, I have strengthened my reasoning to endure the criticisms rather than justifying wrong as a right behavior. There were lots of concepts that personally-impacted me, and this includes some reason where I find my comfort zone and peace of mind to improve, because few people understand and love me this way, and that's why I keep these people for good. If I ever had the chance to teach these several mindset to my friends, then I'd love to because it is a different form of mental healthiness that I could give off. Especially behaviorism is a type of concept that we can read in people, especially in their physical, verbal, and body language that could represent their personality to the public. Besides, psychology is also a type of concept where we based or utilize these given behaviors into a certain type of condition, which are aimed to be solved or to be worked on by a struggling individual by me. Hence, helping yourself could lead to a better version of you, and increase your self confidence. Through the guidance of his lessons, my standings beg to differ when they say I no longer have the chance to change myself. That's where I am thankful and for I believe in, changing yourself silently while being cautious isn't shame worthy, and you could be understood in that way.
