How to Take MMS

Unactivated Sodium Chlorite (NaClO₂)

Unactivated MMS is one way to get the benefits of Chlorine Dioxide. Many prefer this method due to
the benefits listed on page 2. It was the method that Jim Humble first discovered while treating his men
for malaria in Guyana South America. MMS (NaClO₂) is activated by the stomach’s Hydrochloric Acid
(HCl) to create Chlorine Dioxide (ClO₂), Sodium Chloride (NaCl) and Hydrogen gas (H₂). See Fig. 1 for
details

Steps for Preparing Unactivated MMS

1. Place Sodium Chlorite drop(s) in a clean, dry glass.
2. Add 4 oz. (120 ml) of filtered/distilled water to glass.
3. Drink unactivated MMS with filtered/distilled water.

Benefits of Taking Unactivated MMS
1. No need to activate.
- An adult stomach can produce 62.5 ml (1,250 drops) of Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) per hour.
- If an adult stomach could only produced only 25% of normal HCl production that would be 312.5 drops per hour.
- Chlorine Dioxide (ClO₂) is created when Sodium Chlorite (NaCl0₂) mixes with our stomach acid (HCl).
2. No bad taste or odor.
- Many complain or stop taking Chlorine Dioxide due to the taste and odor when activated.
- A few drops (1 to 3) of Sodium Chlorite (NaClO₂) in a 4oz. (120ml) glass of water has no taste or odor.
- Some add other products to cover up the activated taste which can weaken the potency of Chlorine Dioxide
(ClO₂)
3. Does not have any gas or vapors.
- Sodium Chlorite (NaClO₂) is a double bond stabilized oxygen also known as stabilized Chlorine Dioxide that
breaks down into salt within 1 to 1.5 hours.
4. Does not have to be refrigerated.
- Chlorine Dioxide has a boiling point of 51.8°F (11°C). It should be refrigerated to prevent it from gassing off and
losing its potency.
5. Higher potency
- When sodium Chlorite (NaClO₂) is activated in a glass cup (not the stomach), it immediately begins to release the
Chlorine Dioxide (CLO₂) and Hydrogen gas. If a chlorine odor can be smelt, that means Chlorine Dioxide (CLO₂) is
gassing off and the potency in the glass cup will be weaker.
- When sodium Chlorite (NaClO₂) is activated in the stomach, 100% of the Chlorine Dioxide (CLO₂) and Hydrogen
(H + H = H₂) gas is capture in the stomach and absorbed through the stomach wall.
6. Hydrogen atom is not lost
- When Sodium Chlorite is activated with Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) in a glass cup, it also releases Hydrogen gas
which rises vertically at 66 feet (20.1 m) per second.
- When Sodium Chlorite (NaClO₂) is activated in the stomach’s acid (HCl), it releases Chlorine Dioxide (ClO₂),
Sodium Chloride [Salt] (NaCl) and Hydrogen (H). See Fig. 1
- The single atom of Hydrogen (H) will bond with another atom of Hydrogen (H) to create H₂ (Diatomic Element)
- Although the amount of released Hydrogen gas (H + H = H₂) is minimal, it does provide healing properties.

Professor Xue-jun Sun stated that “We need Oxygen (O) to live, however, we need Hydrogen (H) to live well”. See attached link
for further details. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYB2UFm2Fp8&ab_channel=NaomiWhittel
7. Antipathogenic
- Destroys anaerobic microbes, viruses and parasites.
