Ladies and Gentlemen:

Our Administration remains committed to the social contract with our beloved constitutions.
Over years under our collective leadership, we ensured the delivery of basic services that put the
people in the front and centre of our priority agenda, in pursuit to transform into an eco-tourism
someday as we continue on our collective journey to sustainable development.
Today, the Three Million Seven Hundred Six and Forty Seven Pesos (₱3,706,047.00) budget for
our Barangay in FY-2023, is design to effect necessary changes and development to bring us closer
to our practical vision of being a self-reliant and progressive barangay, it can be inferred that we
give much emphasis in providing quality and efficient services which are primary; aimed at
benefiting our constituents, that will redound to their general welfare.
Anchored on this premise, we will now work hand-in-hand in scrutinizing the very tool that
will help us achieve that vision:
Our policy thrust for FY 2023 is focused to our barangay economy. We concentrate our
resources to the economy because this is the only way to become self-resilient. We want our
marginalized residents in the rural and urban areas to be the focus of our investments. The policy
measures to support our FY 2023 budget are the following:
1. Our policy thrust for FY 2023 is focused to our barangay economy. We desire to reduce
unemployment by 20% and at the same time increase our Local revenue by 60%. We concentrate
our resources to the economy because this is the only way to become resilient. We want our
marginalized residents in the rural and urban areas to be the focus of our investments.
2. Increase our Local revenue by augmenting our fees for the use of Barangay facilities
3. Give priority to the delivery of quality basic services to all constituents
Our estimated and realistic income for FY 2023 is more or less ₱3,706,047.00 our share from
Internal Revenue collections still our number one source of income. We will continue to be more
aggressive in the next coming years by strengthening our local economy and making more
efficient our Tax and Fees collection. It is expected that at the end of this decade we will turn the
tide in our revenue structure and increase the share of our locally generated income.
Our Budget is a crucial ingredient to maintain our Tagumpay, Aligned with our advocacy on
open Government. I am glad that the budget preparation process which give to this 2023 proposal
is a product of intense scrutiny of the public.
The success of my administration depends upon the support and assistance of my people.
Today’s administration focuses on peace and Development, Economic and Human stability
follows.
