Requirements: SN + POP
1. Call the switch support, and give them an excuse to repair your switch.

2. They will troubleshoot, and ask for you to provide a serial. XAW1000******** (this is US format not 100%
of UK format but isn't hard to find check ebay)
3. Once you give the serial, they may see it's out of warranty or registered to someone else. If they don't
then awesome.
3.a. Tell them you've purchased it at Amazon/Currys and pay/make the receipt, for amazon make sure to
use a real order number of the country you are se'n to and make sure the date on the fake invoice matches
up with the date from the real order number
3.b. They will want you to only send in the broken piece.  Tell them its all broken and make up
reason/excuses for each item. (Joycons, dock)  dont push it with a hdmi cable... its unnecessary and isn't
believable
4. They will send a return label with instructions to add certain notes inside/how to pack it.
5. Make sure to follow the instructions they give you, and box them.  After a couple weeks of investigation
they will email you to call in and replace your device.
