SUBJECT: MILEAGE AGREEMENT


Greetings!

GP The storyteller Events Styling Services is a business that provides Planning, Coordination, Concept Creator, and
Venue Styling for Events. We've been established to use social media to promote our goals and deeds. Along with
many events that we have done, GP The storyteller specializes in managing events that concerns celebrity and
some well-known individual.

With this, you are hereby to acknowledge the exchange deal agreement, whereas GP The storyteller of Events
Styling Services, has the exclusive rights to organize and conduct a Dedication and Birthday Party Event
for Enrique Pablo M. Garcia. This party is to be held on July 17, 2022, at 2:00 pm, in The Palms Country Club
with address: 1410 Laguna Heights Dr. Alabang Muntinlupa, 1781 Metro Manila.

In line with this event, City Jump N’ Slide will serve as the sponsor and is determined to provide a product/service
for the event in exchange for the organizer's promotional rights.

Please see the following stipulations:

1. Sponsors Obligations.
City Jump N’ Slide agrees to provide service and product amounting P 150,000.00:
Ø Two Inflatable
Ø Play Area
Ø Swing
Ø Ball pit
Ø Entrance
Ø Kiddie tables and chairs
Ø Play rides
Ø Manpower and Set Up
Ø Mobilization

2. Media Mileage. GP Thestoryteller Events Styling Services will give the sponsor contribution for the following
benefits:

 • Product/Service Exposure opportunities to be experienced among the Live Guest.
• Use the event photos/materials for your own social media posting.
• Solo Posting of your Brand/Product on the Instagram account of Ms. Nikka Garcia (with 313K followers)
or Mr. Patrick Garcia (with 472k followers).
• Vlog Exposure in client’s YouTube Chanel (Garcia Family)

3. Client Responsibility.
a. The Client (Nikka and Patrick Garcia) agreed to provide one crew meal for eight heads.

4. Sponsors Trademarks and Materials. Subject to this agreement, the Sponsor grants GP Thestoryteller
Events Styling Services the right to use the sponsor’s trade names, logo designs, trademarks, and company
descriptions as provided in Sponsor’s marketing materials. The aforesaid materials may be used in any
medium of advertising or promotional products distributed or used solely in connection with Nikka and
Patrick Garcia’s son (Enrique Pablo M. Garcia) Dedication and 1st Birthday.

The sponsor agrees to offer the following materials for marketing and promotional purposes:
• Instagram account for posting
• Service Feature in Garcia’s YouTube Vlog.

5. Limitation of Liability. This agreement will be valid only for the purpose of this event. However, mileage
is limited from the following:

• Photos and/or posts from this event should not be used to any of your company’s print marketing
materials.
• Photos and/or posts from this event may use by your company’s social media accounts such as Facebook
page and Instagram account.


If all written above is acceptable to you, kindly sign below for your conformity.
