The Eventive Solution Management BSHM2E of the STI WEST NEGROS UNIVERSITY is
organizing COHREP entitled ‘Transforming future ready Hospitality and Tourism Professionals’,
that is expected to attract 500 students from other participating schools, in addition to the
8,000 students enrolled in our university this semester.
The event will be held on May 18-19, 2023, Thursday & Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at STI
West Negros University gymnasium and L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod City. The venue’s strategic
location at STI West Negros University and L’fisher Bacolod City will provide our sponsor with
the needed exposure aimed at the student market.
We invite you to become one (1) of our partners of the said events and take advantage
of this opportunity. We have attached the details of the program and the sponsorship package
for your reference.

 Sponsorship Agreement
COHREP: Transforming future ready Hospitality and Tourism Professionals
This agreement is entered into this May Day of 18-19 in Manila, Philippines, by and between:
Eventive Solution Management, with address at. represented by Maria Lowella Alonso, Overall
Chairperson, here in after referred to as the "Organizer"; and
Quan Delicacies with an address at MC Metroples Building, 6100 Bacolod City Negros
Occidental Represented by Jane Charlotte Redondo, Marketing manager, here in referred to as a
sponsor.
WITNESS THAT
WHEREAS, the organizer will stage an event, entitled Transforming future ready Hospitality and
Tourism Professionals on May 18-19 at STI West Negros University and L’Fisher hotel Bacolod
City as part of their requirements for the introduction to meetings, incentives, conventions, and
the events management course of the STI WEST NEGROS UNIVERSITY.
WHEREAS financial support from sponsors is needed to augment expenses that will be incurred
for the said event.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, and of the mutual covenants and
stipulations herein set forth, the parties have agreed as follows.
l. Organizer's Undertakings:
1. The organizer will include the sponsor's company logo Event organizers can include
sponsor logos on event posters and flyers to promote the event and acknowledge the
contributions of sponsors. This can be done by featuring sponsor logos prominently on
the front of the poster or flyer, or by including a section dedicated to sponsor
recognition on the back or inside of the materials.
2. The Organizer will mention the company name of the sponsor at the start Event
organizers can use social media platforms to acknowledge and promote sponsors. This
can include tagging sponsors in social media posts, featuring sponsor logos on event
hashtags, or using sponsored content to highlight the contributions of sponsors.
3. Live mention of the sponsor’s name at the star, middle and at the end.
4. At least one week before the event, the organizer will show the sponsor's company
tarpaulin.
5. The organizer will obtain the appropriate licenses from the university sponsor for the
sample of sponsor products during the event.
ll. Sponsor's Undertakings:
1. The sponsor will pay the organizer the amount of Ten thousand Pesos (10,000.00) in
cash upon signing of this contract.
2. The sponsor will provide products during the event.
3. The sponsor will provide the Organization with the electric copy of the sponsors logo.

Organizer’s Commitments:

sponsors.
2. Live mention of the sponsor’s name at the star, middle and at the end.
3. At least one week before the event, the organizer will show the sponsor's company
tarpaulin.
Terms: the sponsor will provide specified worth of products (10,000.00 for major Sponsor, and
5,000.00 for Minor sponsor) to the organizer’s representative upon signing this document (not
later than April 25, 2023). If you find the terms acceptable, please check the box beside your
