Automated attendance system

For the day to day attendance , a professor calls out student names in order to mark attendance.

In first case , if the entire strength of student attend lesson then verifying students to correct these flows ,

We decided to use QR technology. This results into saving of precious lecture time

In our current system , staffs must take a paper or attendance book and write the names of the student.

After taking attendance staffs count the student were present and remaining were absent .if staff loses

Attendance book then all students attendance will lost . it is extremely time consuming for staff

In the proposed system we will minimize most of flows of system .we use QR as identification for each
period .details of every student will be registered with admin. After successful login staff will set class
time and duration for attendance record .the admin or staff can update or delete the students record using
web application

We have create a website in it a admin, staff and student logins. QR codes can generate automatically
when admin add student. Here each student has separate QR code and when staff scans the OR in app that
student’s Attendance will automatically submitted. QR system is flexible QR technology is growing and
time has come for us to harness its potential and abilities.
