The human resource department sees that majority of the employees in ABC Hotel lack
creativity. With this mind, you are tasked to come up with a program or activity that will help
them improve/develop their creativity.

One potential program or activity to help employees at ABC Hotel improve their creativity
could be a team building. This workshop could involve a variety of exercises and activities
designed to foster collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members.
For example, the workshop could include activities such as group brainstorming sessions,
creative problem-solving exercises, and collaborative art projects. Additionally, it can help them
the instruction on techniques for generating new ideas, such as lateral thinking and mind
mapping. By participating in these activities, employees at ABC Hotel could develop the skills
and mindset necessary for fostering creativity within their team. Since, we were assigned to
come up with a program or activity in our company due to the employees’ lack of creativity, we
believe that team building is the best option. Each employee's communication is required
because they will be collaborating or have a teamwork to improve/develop their creativity and
leadership skills. They will be able to think creatively, connect with one another, and express
their feelings and thoughts effectively. Having this type of activity in every company or
organization will assist their employees in bringing new perspectives to the workplace, allowing
them to progress and achieve their goals. Team building activities can help improve creativity in
several ways. First, these activities can foster a sense of collaboration and teamwork among
team members, which can create a more positive and supportive environment for creativity to
flourish. Additionally, team building activities can help team members break out of their usual
routines and think outside of the box, which can lead to new and creative ideas. Lastly, team
building activities can help team members develop better communication and problem-solving
skills, which are essential for fostering creativity in a group setting. Overall, team building
activities can help create the conditions that are conducive to creativity and innovation within a
team.
