    services in accordance with the “Communication Services”
    agreement

    In order to enable you to use our landline and mobile telephones, smartphones, desktop PCs,
    notebooks, tablets etc. in a modern way, we have made rules in a company agreement (BV 27
    Communication Services) for the devices and functionalities that are common in our company.

    In principle, all means of communication and services serve as work equipment for the fulfilment of
    operational tasks. Private use outside working hours - i.e. during breaks and after work - is
    permitted under certain conditions.

    I hereby confirm that I have taken note of the rules for the use of the communication services in

    reprimand, fine, warning, up to and including termination).
