No.-9015984, Engine.No.-3880349) was sold by my back in 2004. I have come to know that the
said vehicle is still registered with my name. This is to clarify that I have no concern with this
vehicle since 2004. It is requested that the said vehicle may very kindly be not transferred
without my consent and presence now.

Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed S/o Sultan Ahmed with NIC No. 33105-9989755-1 trough Mehran Motors.
(Photocopy of delivery receipt is attached) I have come to know that the said vehicle is still
registered with my name. This is to clarify that I have no concern with this vehicle since 31-08- -
