I. Objectives
• Identify the organization’s strengths and weaknesses through a survey.
• Analyze the external and internal factors that influence the organization.
• Develop a strategic plan to improve and maintain the weaknesses and strengths of the organization.

II. Methodology
The SWOT analysis was conducted through the following steps;
1. Develop a survey instrument and request approval for the conduct of a SWOT analysis.
2. Gather data through the survey method.
3. Retrieve and analyze the data through coding and thematic analysis using Nvivo or Maxqda software.
4. Generate findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
5. Develop the strategic plan.

III. Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendations

The study was conducted at Malabog National High School, a public secondary school in Daraga, Albay. The school
is classified as a mega school with one hundred thirty teachers (130) and over two thousand students - population. The findings
revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the organization that provided the baseline data for creating a strategic plan. Moreover,
opportunities and threats were also revealed in the study, and areas for improvement were added to the strategic plan. The number
of participants in the survey conducted should be increased and other external members of the organization should also form part
as the participants. This will improve the findings of the study for the triangulation of data. It is also recommended to use both
qualitative and quantitative data to generalize the findings of the study.
