The Importance of Collaboration: Two Day Professional Development
The purpose of this two day professional development is to identify and strengthen collaboration
at FLHS.
State Of Colorado Teacher Evaluation Quality Standard II, Element C, Level 3 Practices:
● Initiates collaboration with colleagues to better understand and respond to student
learning needs.
State Of Colorado Teacher Evaluation Quality Standard II, Element D, Level 3 Practices:
● Facilitates communication between families and/or colleagues who provide student
services.
State Of Colorado Teacher Evaluation Quality Standard III, Element A, Level 2 Practices:
● Collaborates with colleagues who have expertise in child and adolescent development to
improve the quality of instruction.
State Of Colorado Teacher Evaluation Quality Standard III, Element C, Level 3 Practices:
● Integrate available technology to enhance: Collaboration.
State Of Colorado Teacher Evaluation Quality Standard IV, Element C, Level 3 Practices:
● Collaborates with colleagues to: Navigate change while maintaining a focus on student
learning.
● Implement change efforts.
By collaborating regularly using the startages outlined in this professional development teachers
will be able to have documented proof of the RANDA standards listed above.
