The purpose of this two day professional development is to identify and strengthen collaboration
at FLHS.

RANDA (Colorado State Model Performance Management) Standards related to


collaboration:

● Initiates collaboration with colleagues to better understand and respond to student
learning needs.

By collaborating regularly using the startages outlined in this professional development teachers
will be able to have documented proof of the RANDA standards listed above.
