I. Objective:
At the end of the lesson, the pupils should be able to creates simple ostinato patterns in measures
of 2s, 3s, and 4s with body movements (MU2RH-Id-e6)

III. Procedure:
1. Motivation
Game: The Boat is Sinking
Let us imagine that we are inside the boat. As I say. “The Boat is Sinking! The
Boat is Sinking! Group yourselves according to the number that I’m going to say.
2. Presentation
Present the chart of the song to the pupils and the rhythmic patterns by grouping of
Two’s.three’s, and four’s.
Play the song “Sa amon nga Buluthuan”, “Adlaw sang Semana”, and “Amon nga
Pamilya.”
After listening, the pupils will sing along with the teacher.
Let the class stomp while chanting the rhythmic patterns of the song “Sa amon nga
Buluthuan”.
Let the class chant the rhythmic pattern while clapping their hands.
