Subject: Biometric Attendance Report May, 2022 (Govt. Inter College Dudhnial)

With reference to subject cited above it is stated that biometric device of Govt. Inter
College Dudhnial stopped synchronization with the server held at Data center Muzaffarabad
due to interrupted internet service in District Neelum during the last week of May, 2022. The
issue was discussed with the officials of data center. It was directed by data center to keep
punching biometric attendance and data will be updated/ synchronized with server later.
Biometric device was sent to data center on 15 June, 2022 to update/ synchronize offline data
with the server. During the mentioned period a report of absent staff was generated from the
biometric system based on inconsistent/ non synchronized data. Referenced report showed
college staff absent while they were present at college and punching biometric attendance as
well. Later on offline biometric data was updated on the server. An updated attendance report
for the month of May, 2022 generated from biometric system is enclosed for your kind
perusal.
