Daily QC Activities

 Ensure cleaning and sanitization of production floor, packaging hall,

machineries, and warehouses on daily basis with set frequency. And
it is monitored by QC person at each interval of visits during
production and warehouse activities.

 Online QC records preparation, verification, and corrective actions

like as follows,

a) Metal detection record.

b) Staff’s Personal hygiene record.
c) Factory cleaning and sanitization record.
d) Forklift checklist.
e) Finished goods weight record.
f) RM weight record

 Instructed all the Labours to wear 100% uniform.

 Monitoring cold storage temperature.
 Ensured good manufacturing practices is in place during our online
visit.
 Inspected the truck, mileage report has been updated.
 All the QC cleaning activities work assigning updated in the ERP.
 All the Warehouses cleaning activities monitored and ensured
effective cleaning is done.
 AC dismantling work in Cheese land started .
 Fat , Protein checked for reference samples of Salwa and sama
produced on 17.02.23.
