Summary of steering brake hydraulic control system
The steering brake control valve through the pull rod and flexible shaft to controls the
steering clutch and the brake booster to realize the steering.
The steering control is divided into two sections. The first section is the steering control
valve. The working oil drives the steering clutch to separate, cutting off the power
transmit from the central drive to the final drive of the steering side , Slow steering can
be achieved in this time. In the second section, while the steering control valve is
working, the brake control valve is working also. The brake belt holds the outer hub of
the steering clutch, and the end of the steering side stops rotating, realize fast steering.
The service brake is control by the brake pedal through the pull bar and the flexible
shaft, so as to realize the service brake through the oil passage of the brake booster
The maximum working pressure of braking and steering is set by the steering safety
valve and the pressure is 2.0Mpa
Steering control of first stroke + single side service braking can also achieve fast steering.

Summary of transmission hydraulic control system
The speed shift system controls by the pull rod, which respectively controls
one speed and one direction clutch. Under the neutral state, the clutch in the
gearbox is in the normal separation state. When working, one speed clutch
and one direction clutch work simultaneously to realize the speed change of
the whole machine
The pressure is set by the control valve. The pressure measuring point is
between outlet of transmission pump and control valve oil inlet. The set
pressure is 2.0Mpa.
The lubrication pressure is set by the lubrication valve and the pressure is
0.12mpa
The torque converter are not completely sealed. under the rated speed, the oil
temperature = 90 ± 5 ℃,The inner leakage by rotating seal ring and pressure
lubrication hole < 5 l/min, need to add scavenging pump suck the oil from the
transfer case to the transmission in order to finish the oil circuit.

Power element Control element actuator
Power element:Pump to convert mechanical energy into liquid pressure energy.
Control element:Hydraulic control valve to control the pressure, flow and
direction of oil flow. Basically have pressure control valve, flow control valve,
direction control valve and so on.
actuator:Converts liquid pressure energy into mechanical energy. Such as
cylinder, motor.
Auxiliary component:Oil tanks, filters, pipelines, seals, coolers, energy storage,
etc. are mainly used for the storage of hydraulic energy, connection and sealing of
oil routes, filtration, heating and cooling of oil, and so on .

Working principle:
the oil from oil tank and pumps it into the blade control valve and ripper control valve. If
the working device is not operated, the oil will go through the blade lift valve, tilt valve,
ripper control valve ,then return to the oil tank by filter.

Working hydraulic control system summary
The B160 hydraulic control valve is installed inside the hydraulic oil tank,
with external connecting rod and working oil path.
Part of the oil drain in the operating valve goes directly to the oil tank, but
most of the oil is filtered by the internal pipe flow back to the oil return
element.
Due to operation for the link mechanism, link hinge parts to be lubricated
regular.
The equipment with only the blade is not equipped with the ripper control
valve. Reequip to the ripper need completely change the tank.
The main relief pressure of the B160 hydraulic system is 14Mpa, and the
main relief valve is installed on the blade control valve.
