NON- DISCLOSURE AND NON-COMPETE


AGREEMENT
This Non-disclosure And Non-compete Agreement
(hereinafter To As The Agreement) is Made And Effective This (___/___/ 202_ )

The Employer is of the opinion that the Employee possess the necessary qualifica ons,experience and

Abili es required to benefit from the company

✓ The Employer desires to employ the employee and the Employee has agreed to accept
and enter such employment upon the terms and condi ons contained herein and at a
compensa on as shall be agreed upon from me to me by company and employee .
✓ In considera on of the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obliga on set forth in the
Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which considera on is hereby acknowledged, the par es hereto
mutually agree as follows:

1. Contract Period:
The Employee shall work on proba on for a period of 3 months (according to local law) with full salary, starting
from the first day. If the Employer should find during the proba on period that the Employee is not
Qualified for the job assignment, the Employer may either offer the Employee other appropriate job or posi on With
the consent of the Employer, or cancel the contract and repatriate the employee to his/her home country. According
to Canadian Government, employee must be given $ 10,000 Canada CAD while depor ng him/her out of Canada.

2. Dura on:
The dura on of the contract is subject to renewal after 2 year(s) star ng from the day of arrival into Canada
Borders. The Extension of the contract shall be mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the Employee.

3. Job Wages:
The Employer hereby engages the Employee and the Employee agrees to work for the Employer in the capacity of
posi on Applied for at $ 7,500 Canadian CAD (Seven thousand five hundred Canada dollars) Monthly.

4. Accommoda on:
The Employer shall provide the employee safe and hygienic accommoda on free of charge during the term of
contract.

5. Medical Treatment:
In the event of the employee's illness or accident caused by work during the period of the contract, the Employer
shall both provide all necessary medical treatment free of charge to the employee.

6. Travel and transportation:


The cost of air cket from the employee’s country to Canada will be shared equally between the employer and the
employee. Employer shall refund all the expenses not less than 24 hours he/she arrives at the employer's resident or
office in Canada. Employer shall also pay for the cost of the return travel to employee whenever he or she travels to
his or her home country in all cases, except that the Employee is at fault or terminates the contract.

7. Working hours:
The working hours shall not exceed 6 to 8 hours a day, Mondays through Fridays (5 days per week)

8. Holiday and leave:


Annual leave of 30 days shall be allowed by the employer for the Employee when completed one year employment,
with regular pay sum of $8,500 Canadian CAD.

9. Overtime:
If the employee works more than 8 normal working hours or on weekend the regular work day, the Employee shall
be paid extra for over me by the Employer at the rate of $50 per hour (not less than the minimum rate set by the
local labor law)

If the Employee works on Holidays, the Employee shall be paid extra for over me by the Employer at the rate of $50
Canadian CAD per hour (not less than the minimum rate set by the local labor law)

10. Obliga on:


a. The employee shall abide by the rules and regula ons of the employer ‘s pulated in conformity’.
b. The employee shall work only from his/her worksta on in the company’s office complex or office
base where he or she is allocated to work.
c. The Employee shall not engage in any unlawful ac vi es such as protest or demonstra on.

11.Non-Disclosure:
The employee agrees that, except as directed by the company, the employee will not at any me, whether during
or a er his employment with the company, disclose to any person or use any confiden al informa on or permit
any person to examine and/or make copies of any document which contain or are derived from confiden al
informa on, whether prepared by the employee or otherwise coming into the employee’s possession or control
without the prior wri en permission of the company.

13. Biometric Requirement:


The employee is responsible for his/her biometric test at the Canadian VFs Center in his/her country.

14. Termination of the contract:


a. In case the Employer terminates the contract, the Employer give one month notice to the Employee,
or..pay one month wage in lieu of giving no ce, or otherwise act in conformity with the local labor. The
Employer shall thereby pay for the cost of the Return travel of the employee to his or her home
country.

15. Others:
a. In the event of natural disaster, riot, figh ng or war the Employer shall evacuate the Employee to a
safe area, and if the situa on is no longer conducive for the con nuity of work, the Employer shall
repatriate the Employee and shall pay for all the expenses of the repatriate.
b. Other condi on not men oned in the contract shall be in accordance with the Stipulations of the
local labor law.
c. In case the Employer fails to implement any of the condi ons agreed in this Contract in full or in
part, the Employer shall be responsible for all the losses incurred to the Employee, done in duplicate,
in English,each being equally authen c.
16. Free Visa: The company takes responsibility for all expenses incurred during visa applica on process
for all qulified applicants.
