History:

Hendra Sunaryo is married man, retired but previously worked as a storekeeper. He was referred by his
General Practitioner (GP) as an urgent case.
For the previous 4 weeks he has suffered from dysphagia and pain in the neek.

On Examination in Out-Patients He was found to have a fixed lymph node in the upper deep cervical
region.
Fine needle aspiration cytology of the lymph node showed the presence of malignant cells of squamous
origin.
Diagnosis on Admission He was admitted for radiotherapy treatment of the cervical area.

Procedure: Radiotheraphy.
Post Admission He was discharged after 7 days, having received a cource of radiotheraphy treatment.
