Further to my recent telephone conversation with a member of your

staff, I am writing to confirm my booking for a group of fifteen people
on 30th June.

I also have a few questions. Firstly, I forgot to ask when we spoke, We

want to have a spacious hall enough for 15 people to eat from 8:00
before? If yes, can you tell me the price?

Secondly, our group has 3 people allergic to seafood 2 people are

vegetarian. Do you think you could send menus in advance showing the
options that are available to them?
Next, May I ask if the party ends too late, is there an extra charge?
Finally, Since it's my birthday party, can I have a singing performance?
Of course, we will prepare the songs in advance to send to you.
if these requests are doable, I would be very grateful. Please reply to
my email as soon as possible.

Hope this finds you well. It won't be long until my birthday party. This is
an opportunity for us to meet and review together the memories after
3 years of not seeing each other.
Just a very quick email informing everyone that I have booked a table
for everyone at Anh Vu restaurant on June 30th. And the party will start
at 8pm. So, if anyone has a reason for not being able to attend the
party, please email me back ASAP.
Oh, before I forget. I asked the restaurant if we could organize singing
shows. If you have any special questions, please send me an email so I
can send the list to the restaurant.
