Dear Ms Farhana,
Enquiry of Catering For Annual Staff Party

As I am the Managing Director of Anees's Company, I would want to take charge of the
preparations for the annual company party. Before this, I went to a party that a friend was
throwing, and I really appreciate the high quality of the food and the excellent service that
you provided. I am interested in acquiring the catering services of your business for an event
that is anticipated to have between 150 and 160 attendees. Because the celebration would
most likely begin at 8 in the morning and last until 2 in the afternoon, I would need two
different sets of buffets: one for breakfast and one for lunch.

We require three services: refreshments, decorations, and music. Please provide them for us.
We are interested in eating traditional Malay cuisine such as onde onde, as well as fried mee
and nasi lemak. Tea and coffee are the two beverages that I would pick to drink. Even for
lunch, I really like to have more traditional stuff. There is no restriction on the types of foods
that can be served to the lunch buffet. I would also like to place an order for ice cream and
potentially some other desserts, in addition to asking for beverages and sauces. You are free
to play music from any era or genre at the party, but the decorations must be appropriate for
the upscale vibe.
