Grade 1
Test takers obtained an MPS of 66 that concludes the test difficulty index is moderate.
Grade 2
Based on the result of test, highest score obtained is 19 out of 20 items from 79 test takers even so the lowest
score obtained is 1. Thus, the test mean percentage score is 66 which mean the test is moderately difficult
for Grade 2 pupils.
Grade 3
From 66 Grade 3 Test takers the highest score obtained is 38 out of 40 items, although the lowest score
obtained is 8 resulting to a mean percentage score of 61.68, therefore the test items difficulty index is
moderate.

ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOL:


 Conducted remediation lesson for those learners who got below average scores in a Learning
competencies mentioned.
 Addressed and informed the parents regarding the students’ competencies.
 Contextualized the lesson as well as activities to suit their level of learning capability.
 Conducted remediation classes in MTB-MLE to develop least mastered skills.
 Provided technical assistance to teachers through class observation, school learning action cell, and
small group discussion from the Master Teachers.
 Simplified and localized the learning competencies through specific learning objective/s that is suited
to their learning capability.
