ANALYSIS
Grade 1
Test takers in grade 1 obtained an MPS of 79 that concludes the test difficulty index is moderate.
Grade 2
Test taker from grade 2 they obtained 36 highest score out of 40 items with the highest percentage score of
71 it is shows that the test items is moderate.
Grade 3
From 66 Grade 3 Test takers the highest score obtained is 36 out of 40 items, although the lowest score
obtained is 8 resulting to a mean percentage score of 61.88, therefore the test items difficulty index is
moderate.

Grade 4
Based on the result of test, highest score obtained is 38 out of 40 items from 91 test takers. Thus, the test
mean percentage score is 64 which mean the test is moderately difficult for Grade 4 pupils.
Grade 5
The grade 5 pupils obtained the highest score of 50 out of 50 items and the lowest score of 30 which show
that the test is moderate for the grade 5 pupils.
Grade 6
Test takers in grade 6 obtained an MPS of 76 that concludes the test difficulty index is moderate.
ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOL:

 Grade Teacher Conduct a remediation lesson specially in music.


 Create Different activities for the learners who are below average related to pitch of tone especially
in grade 3 and grade 4.
 Conducted remediation lesson for those learners who got below average scores in a Learning
competencies mentioned.
 Addressed and informed the parents regarding the students’ performance.
 Contextualized the lesson as well as activities to suit their level of learning capability.
 Conducted remediation classes in MUSIC to develop least mastered skills.
 Provided technical assistance to teachers through class observation, school learning action cell, and
small group discussion from the Master Teachers.
 Simplified and localized the learning competencies through specific learning objective/s that is suited
to their learning capability.
