Analysis
GRADE 7 The mean score or 30 out of 50 items with the MPS of 58.41% showed
that some competencies are not yet mastered.

GRADE 8 The mean percentage score of the students in MAPEH subject is


77.55%. Based from the results, it shows that most of the learners
understand and achieved the learning competencies

GRADE 9 The mean percentage score of the students in MAPEH subject is 81 %.


Based from the results, it shows that most of the learners understand
and achieved the learning competencies.

GRADE 10 The mean per score of the learners MAPEH is 76 % based from the
results of their examination. Some of the students were able to
comprehend the lesson well, while there still part of it that needed to
be addressed especially in Music.

ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOL:


➢ The teachers who are teaching MAPEH have designed a plan for the conduct of remediation through an excises
based on the competencies and been implemented upon approval by the school head.
➢ Parents’ involvement in learning progress of the learners is strengthened through home visit and parent-teacher
conference.
➢ Contextualized the lesson through crafting a MELC based activity or simplifying the activity that will suit to the
learning capability of the learners. .
➢ Compiled learning activity sheets as additional activities to our learners to deepen and uplift their level of
understanding in each learning area of the teaching-learning process and letting the students reflect with their learning
periodically..
➢ Extended technical assistance to teachers through routinary class observation by the school head.
