ANALYSIS:
Based on the table above, it can be gleaned that all grade levels did not achieved a
Mean Percentage Score (MPS) higher than 62.40. It can also be observed that the learners’
scores are highly dispersed. This further implies that most of the students across all grade
levels attained zero or little mastery of the most essential learning competencies needed to be
learned in Filipino for the first quarter. Consequently, San Vicente High School should propose
an intervention program aiming to increase and improve the students’ academic standing in
Filipino.

ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOL:


Filipino teachers were instructed to identify the learners who were non-compliant to
learning activities and low-performing based on performance task assessment and summative
evaluations. Moreover, they were also asked to identify the least mastered competencies in
Filipino 7,8,9, and 10 to determine all the factors that hinders the students’ Filipino performance
that includes students’ study habits and even teachers’ strategies in teaching the learning area.
All problems were considered to properly address all learning issues particularly in Filipino
subject. Enrichment activities were proposed to address the learning difficulty.
PROGRAMS & PROJECT TO BE UNDERTAKEN:
The school is planning to integrate the plus thirty minutes for Filipino enrichment
activities to pacify the needs of the learners in grasping the least mastered most essential
learning competencies.
LEAST MASTERED COMPETENCIES (BY GRADE LEVEL)

GRADE 7:

Nagagamit nang wasto ang mga retorikal na pang-ugnay na ginamit sa akda


(kung, kapag, sakali, at iba pa), sa paglalahad (una, ikalawas, halibawa, at iba
pa, isang araw, samantala), at sa pagbuo ng editorial na nanghihikayat
(totoo/tunay, talaga, pero/subalit, at iba pa) (F7WG-If-g-4)
GRADE 8:

Nakikinig nang may pang-unawa upang mailahad ang layunin ng napakinggan,


maipaliwanag ang pagkakaugnay-ugnay ng mga pangyayari at mauri ang sanhi
at bunga ng mga pangyayari. (F8PN-Ig-h-22)
GRADE 9:

Nasusuri ang mga pangyayari at ang kaugnayan sa Lipunang Asyano batay sa

GRADE 10:
Naipahahayag ang mahalagang kaisipan/pananaww sa napakinggan,
