As shown in the presented results in Table 14, testing the relationship between the

factors affecting the Knowledge Management of critical facilities and the effectiveness

of their Knowledge Management to the Safety-Critical Facilities in Icon Residences

Condominium Corporation using Spearman’s Rank-Order Correlation Coefficient

(Spearman’s Rho), the property management’s Performance was found significantly

correlated with the effectiveness of their Circular Memorandum (having a correlation

coefficient of 0.043 which can be interpreted as Positively Very Weak correlation yet

has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which

indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these variables tested), their Safety

Protocol (having a correlation coefficient of 0.247 which can be interpreted as

Positively Weak correlation yet has resulting P-value of 0.013 that is less than the

significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these

variables tested), and their Preventive Maintenance (having a correlation coefficient

of 0.445 which can be interpreted as Positively Moderate correlation and has resulting

P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection
of the null hypothesis for these variables tested). Meaning, the performance factor of

the property management has a weak to moderate influence on the effectiveness of

their Circular Memorandum, Safety Protocol, and Preventive Maintenance assessed by

the respondents. Meanwhile, the performance factor was found not significantly

correlated with the effectiveness of Fire Drill and Earthquake Drill of the management.

This may indicate that there might be other factors that may be more highly influential

to the effectiveness of their Fire Drill and Earthquake drill for the respondents.

Moreover, the property management’s Practices was found significantly correlated

with the effectiveness of their Earthquake Drill (having a correlation coefficient of

0.409 which can be interpreted as Positively Moderate correlation and has resulting P-

value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of

the null hypothesis for these variables tested), their Circular Memorandum (having a

correlation coefficient of 0.520 which can be interpreted as Positively Moderate

correlation and has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of

0.05 which indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these variables tested), their

Safety Protocol (having a correlation coefficient of 0.626 which can be interpreted as

Positively Strong correlation and has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the

significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these

variables tested), and their Preventive Maintenance (having a correlation coefficient

of 0.564 which can be interpreted as Positively Moderate correlation and has resulting

P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection

of the null hypothesis for these variables tested). Meaning, the practices factor of the

property management has a moderate to strong influence on the effectiveness of their

Earthquake Drill, Circular Memorandum, Safety Protocol, and Preventive Maintenance

assessed by the respondents. Meanwhile, the practices factor was found not

significantly correlated with the effectiveness of Fire Drill of the management. This may

indicate that there might be other factors that possibly more influential to the

effectiveness of their Fire Drill for the respondents.

Next, the property management’s Planning was found significantly correlated with the

effectiveness of their Earthquake Drill (having a correlation coefficient of 0.416 which

can be interpreted as Positively Moderate correlation and has resulting P-value of

0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of the null

hypothesis for these variables tested), their Circular Memorandum (having a

correlation coefficient of 0.476 which can be interpreted as Positively Moderate

correlation and has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of

0.05 which indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these variables tested), their

Safety Protocol (having a correlation coefficient of 0.653 which can be interpreted as

Positively Strong correlation and has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the

significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these

variables tested), and their Preventive Maintenance (having a correlation coefficient

of 0.612 which can be interpreted as Positively Strong correlation and has resulting P-

value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of

the null hypothesis for these variables tested). Meaning, the planning factor of the

property management has a moderate to strong influence on the effectiveness of their

Earthquake Drill, Circular Memorandum, Safety Protocol, and Preventive Maintenance

assessed by the respondents. Meanwhile, the planning factor was found not
significantly correlated with the effectiveness of Fire Drill of the management. This may

indicate that there might be other factors that possibly more influential to the

effectiveness of their Fire Drill for the respondents.

Furthermore, the property management’s Pro-activeness was found significantly

correlated with the effectiveness of their Earthquake Drill (having a correlation

coefficient of 0.371 which can be interpreted as Positively Weak correlation yet has

resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates

rejection of the null hypothesis for these variables tested), their Circular

Memorandum (having a correlation coefficient of 0.412 which can be interpreted as

Positively Moderate correlation and has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the

significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these

variables tested), their Safety Protocol (having a correlation coefficient of 0.660 which

can be interpreted as Positively Strong correlation and has resulting P-value of 0.000

that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of the null

hypothesis for these variables tested), and their Preventive Maintenance (having a

correlation coefficient of 0.482 which can be interpreted as Positively Moderate

correlation and has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of

0.05 which indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these variables tested).

Meaning, the pro-activeness factor of the property management has a weak to strong

influence on the effectiveness of their Earthquake Drill, Circular Memorandum, Safety

Protocol, and Preventive Maintenance assessed by the respondents. Meanwhile, the

pro-activeness factor was found not significantly correlated with the effectiveness of
Fire Drill of the management. This may indicate that there might be other factors that

possibly more influential to the effectiveness of their Fire Drill for the respondents.

Lastly, the property management’s Communication was found significantly correlated

with the effectiveness of their Earthquake Drill (having a correlation coefficient of

0.531 which can be interpreted as Positively Moderate correlation and has resulting P-

value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of

the null hypothesis for these variables tested), their Circular Memorandum (having a

correlation coefficient of 0.645 which can be interpreted as Positively Strong correlation

and has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which

indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these variables tested), their Safety

Protocol (having a correlation coefficient of 0.599 which can be interpreted as

Positively Moderate correlation and has resulting P-value of 0.000 that is less than the

significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection of the null hypothesis for these

variables tested), and their Preventive Maintenance (having a correlation coefficient

of 0.559 which can be interpreted as Positively Moderate correlation and has resulting

P-value of 0.000 that is less than the significance level of 0.05 which indicates rejection

of the null hypothesis for these variables tested). Meaning, the communication factor of

the property management has a weak to strong influence on the effectiveness of their

Earthquake Drill, Circular Memorandum, Safety Protocol, and Preventive Maintenance

assessed by the respondents. Meanwhile, the pro-activeness factor was found not

significantly correlated with the effectiveness of Fire Drill of the management. This may

indicate that there might be other factors that possibly more influential to the

effectiveness of their Fire Drill for the respondents.
