I prepared fried potato chips (salt and pepper) and for the dip is salsa jalapeno.

For the fried potato chips (salt and pepper) the following ingredients and procedure are

INGREDIENTS :

- 1 LARGE POTATO
- PINCH OF SALT
- PINCH OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- COOKING OIL

PROCEDURE:
The first procedure I did was washed the potato and peeled the potato. Then I sliced into thin
pieces and I soaked (5 mins) it in the water with a pinch of salt. After that I prepared the boiling
water then rinsed the potato and boiled it for 5 mins. After 5 mins I put the potato in the cold
water. I leave it for 20 mins. After 20 mins I rinsed it again and put it in the paper towel to dry it
in 10 mins. Once its dried I sprinkled the pinch of salt and ground black pepper then I cooked it.

Salsa Jalapeno:
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 LARGE TOMATOES
- ½ OF WHITE ONION
- 3 GLOVES OF GARLIC (minced)
- ¼ OF GARLIC POWDER
- PINCH OF SALT
- PINCH OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 1 PIECE OF LARGE GREEN CHILI
- LEMON

PROCEDURE:
The first procedure I did was washed the 2 tomatoes and the green chili. I sliced the one tomato
the onions and chili it into diced then I put it into the mixing bowl together with the minced
garlic. I sprinkled the salt and pepper and the ground garlic powder then I mixed it and set
aside. I grilled the other tomato and after I grilled it I blend it until it was soft. After I blended it I
put it into the all ingredients that I mixed in the mixing bowl then I mixed it again and sprinkled a
little of lemon juice. Then put in the saucer.

Then I prepared the fried potato in the big plate and in the middle is the saucer with the salsa.
