month of usage.

Terms and Conditions

a. This form must be submitted to the Managing agent by 20th of each preceding month of usage.
b. Contractor shall take up at least 80% of the ordered quantity.
c. For new and amendment of orders, the Contractor shall give at least two working days' prior notice for the daily delivery or cancellation of
supply.
d. For cement product, to select 'bulk' or 'bag' for order type.
i. For 'bulk' order, to indicate the order quantity in tonnes (T). Minimum order, if applicable, is 17.5 tonnes/day (i.e. one load).
ii. For 'bag' order, to indicate the order quantity in tonnes (T). Order to be made in multiples of 12 tonnes/day (i.e. 12 tonnes, 24
tonnes,...etc).
e. Contractor is to indicate the forecast below for the next 6 months requirements for supply allocation.
f. Contractor is responsible to monitor the preliminary delivery status of the project (via eDPSS) and highlight any discrepancies to the
managing agent within one week.
g. Contractors are reminded that the ordering and monitoring of the SPQ is their own responsibility. HDB materials are to be used only for
structural works and consumed before privately sourced materials can be used.
