1. Critically appraise project success criteria, risks and


constraints and evaluate how the selection of an
appropriate procurement route can result in improved
project delivery.
2. Asses the capacity of alternative procurement routes in
achieving project objectives while facilitating a collaborative
approach and higher levels of supply chain integration
3. Critically evaluate how the selection of an appropriate
contract strategy can deliver an ef fective and ef ficient
procurement strategy.
