    1. Why did you choose this study?

    -Given by the current situation it is important to understand the


    complexity of students sleeping schedule. Having insufficient sleep,
    negatively affects the nervous system resulting in poor brain function thus
    this results to changes in behavior and poor academic performances. As we
    observed our environment, some students frequently arrive late to class are
    still sleepy, and other fall asleep while inclass.

    3. Why is there a need for your research/topic to be studied?


    -There is a need to be studied our research/topic because sleep
    deprivation causes individuals to be sleepy during the day which affects
    their concentration and performance suffer. Lack of sleep negatively impact
    the physiological health, psychological health and cognitive function.
    Therefore it is important to study the changes/impact of sleep deprivation to
    the students behavioral and academic performances.
    -it is important to study our own chosen topic so that we can
    understand our research better, if we’re clueless to the topic that we chose,
    there is a possibility that the foundation of our research is not solid or the
    outcome of our research will be not good. Its important to understand this
    kind of topic cause we can’t just based on or rely on theory, since it should
    be systematic.

    4. What is the overall benefits that may be derived from your study?
    -The overall benefits that may be derived from our topic is that it will
    give enlightenment to the readers on how sleep deprivation can affectingly
    change a person’s behavior. Especially for us students who needs to have a
    healthy lifestyle that may serve as the foundation of our goals and dreams.
    It can also give awareness to the parents and other people on how students
    are struggling and lacking sleep.

    6. How are you going to answer your research questions?


    -We are going to answer the research questions based of course from the
    information that we gathered and also to the response of our respondents
    via survey.

    7. How will you collect your data?


    - We are going to collect datas after undergoing a survey to our
    participants, in that way we can be able to know more informations and
    discover some facts which can help prove our research necessity.

    8. Who will be your respondents?


    - Our respondents will probably be the senior high school students of
    Masbate National Comprehensive High School because our research talks
    about the difficulties and struggles that they are experiencing; specifically
    the sleep deprivation.
