EFFECT OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION IN MSS

ABSTRACT

Sleep deprivation is excessively rampant in today’s generation. Students who are

in such phenomenon experiences different kinds of effect. Due to lack of sleep, cognitive

function, physical condition and emotional stability are affected.

There have been studies that show how sleep deprivation affect and give impact

to the life of each student. Each article that relates to the study helps this research to

move forward as it distributes to the direction of the study. In the study given, effects are

encountered for the people who constantly sleeps with an insufficient time since each

person has a time needed for sleeping to restore the energy and with the duration of the

sleeping process, repairing of the essential hormones or any bodily function will take

place as it also develops the cognitive function of an individual.

This research will be conducted through phenomenological approach where data

will be gathered through focus group discussion, analyzing and interpretation of data will

be dependent on the opinions and answers of the respondent with the help of the related

literature and related studies by backing up through supporting the findings. In

conducting the discussion, questions have been prepared to be answered by the

respondents coming from grade level of 7 to 10 where 5 respondents will be chosen in

each section.

This research run through the standard of objectivity since it will go through a

systematic process with thorough investigation of information, making sure that the data

collected is factual that can mainly answer the objectives.

EFFECT OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION IN MSS

The result of the study will indicate the effects of sleep deprivation as it will

identify the mechanism of sleep to the students of Marcelo Spinola School.
