Statement of the Problem

The study’s main purpose is to determine the students' satisfaction with the school canteen

services at Daragutan East National High School. The following questions were specifically the

focus of this study:

1. What is the satisfaction level of the students in the school canteen as to the following:

a. Kinds of foods being served

b. Taste of food

c. Price

2. How satisfied are the students at Daragutan East National High School with canteen

services?

3. What can canteen management do to increase the satisfaction level of students at
