Abstract: This study aims to develop a database system that provides an efficient
way of monitoring the necessary parts of a financial statement such as
the balance sheet, income statements and the statement of cash flows
in order to have easy access through the historical data of the business.
Moreover, the Saddam Gas Refilling Station has eight (10) employees
which are composed of six (6) gas station workers, one (1) manager,
one (1) assistant manager and one (1) operations manager.

The researchers benchmark the needs of different gas station through

interview and survey, here are the result

1. Identify the Audience and Purposes for the Analysis

The main audience of this research is the Gas Stations around Batangas, Specifically the
Saddam Gas Refilling Station. This is to identify and create an improved Information
System for the proponents.
2. Describe the Target Population and Service Environment
· Saddam Gas Refilling Station is located at Talaga East Mabini Batangas which
provides retail sale of petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, premium,
and lubricants.
a. Level 1 (Primary) targets are the direct recipients of the services
-The primary target of the Saddam Gas Refilling Station consists of Jeepney
Drivers, Motorists and Individuals who own private vehicles that roams in the
vicinity of Mabini Batangas as well as people or groups of people who order or
import petroleum products to the saddam gas refilling station which will be
brought to their municipality (ex. Tingloy) or other businesses such as (resorts).
b. Level 2 (Secondary) targets include the individuals or groups who deliver the services
