    Hacksaw Ridge is one of the best film based on a true story and has been nominated six times.

    This American war- history film was directed by Mel Gibson and came out in 2016.
    The plot is gripping. In 1941, World War II began. Desmond Dos decides to join the army and
    perform his duty to the Homeland. In the beginning of the movie, main character and hero
    Desmond Doss said, that he won’t carry the weapon to the battlefield with him, so the other
    soldiers scoffed at him about it. So, he provided medical services to the soldiers.
    The special effects in the movie were mesmerizing. All of the movie cast members were
    involved in the war storyline. The end of the movie is shocking and exciting. The many soldiers
    were saved by Desmond.
    I would highly recommend Hacksaw Ridge, especially if you are keen on war films.
