• Inspect tires and check pressure • Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve
• Check wheel fasteners • Inspect belt
• Grease non-powered front wheel bearings (if equipped) • Grease MFWD drive shaft spine (if equipped)
• Inspect and clean hydraulic reservoir fill screen • Grease extendible dipperstick (if equipped)
• Clean or replace cab fresh air and recirculation filters (if equipped)
Every 10 Hours or Daily
• Check hydraulic reservoir oil level • Grease backhoe bucket linkage pivots and cylinder rod ends
• Check engine oil level • Grease backhoe pivot points
• Check coolant level • Grease front axle and steering cylinder pivots
• Grease loader pivot points • Grease MFWD front axle U-joints (if equipped)
• Grease stabilizers and pivots
Initial Service—100 Hours1
• Change engine break-in oil and replace filter • Replace transmission oil filter
Every 250 Hours
• Check MFWD planetary housing oil level (if equipped) • Check rear axle oil level
• Check MFWD front axle housing oil level (if equipped) • Check transmission oil level
• Check battery electrolyte level and terminals • Take engine oil sample
• Drain and refill engine oil and replace engine oil filter (S.N. —911915)
Every 500 Hours
• Check coolant conditioner • Take transmission oil sample
• Check air intake hose • Take diesel fuel sample
• Replace hydraulic oil filter • Take hydraulic oil sample
• Check boom-to-dipperstick pivot pin bolt torque • Take rear axle oil sample
• Replace hydraulic reservoir breather • Take engine coolant sample
• Replace fuel filter • Drain and refill engine oil and replace engine oil filter

Every 1000 Hours
• Drain and refill rear axle oil • Replace pilot control filter (S.N. —943092)
• Drain and refill MFWD planetary housing oil (if equipped) • Check and adjust engine speed control linkage
• Drain and refill MFWD front axle housing oil (if equipped) • Drain and refill hydraulic reservoir oil
• Clean engine crankcase vent tube • Drain and refill transmission and torque converter oil
• Replace transmission oil filter • Replace engine air filter elements
• Clean, pack, and adjust non-powered front wheel bearings (if equipped)
Every 2000 Hours
• Adjust engine valve lash
