1. Introduction

1.1 General

Information recived as bellow, the spilled coal have cordinate position Latitude 5057’ 021”
S Longitude 1060 35’ 195” E.

1.2 Salvage Inspection Results

Salvage inspection has not been carried out at the time of this proposal.
Underwater survey shall be carried out to determine the state of coal spilled at 84 meters.

3.1 Marine spread and equipment


❖ Utility Tug of 4000 BHP with 50 Ton Bollard Pull x 1 unit (Owner’s to Contract directly
with Tugboat Owner). Nusalindo will assist in sourcing for the tugboat.
❖ Launch Boat
❖ Hand carried salvage equipment (underwater CCTV/Camera, Echo sounder, etc. etc.)
❖ PPE
❖ Shallow water dive spread – scuba dive equipment full set
❖ ROV x 1 unit

3.2 Personnel
o 1 x Supervisor Diver
o 1 x Salvage Diver
o 1 x Pilot ROV

o Small Dive Inspection Team

4. Project Timeline
As per current location of the Vessel, it will be 2 days mobilising to the casualty site upon signing of
contract. The dive inspection will take about 8 day.
Targeted total timeline around 10 days.

5. Commercial Proposal
Considering the situation, we would like to offer the package of salvage operation on a lump sum
basis of USD 178,780 (United States Dollar One Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Seven
Hundred and Eighty Thousand).

The lump sum fee is including:


Mob / Demob of personnel and equipment
Dive Spread & Team
Launch Boat & Fuel, Lubes and Water
Scuba Dive Full Set
ROV and Pilot

Tugboat + Fuel + Lubes + Water shall be under Owner Account.

6. SHE-Q
6.1 Introduction

PT Nusantara Salvage Indonesia (NUSALINDO) is wholly owned Indonesian company.


The aim of NUSALINDO is to ensure that all employees can carry out their work in healthy
and safe conditions. As our work affects more and more people and our projects become
bigger and more complex, the importance of safety will continue to increase.
For these reasons, safety is a top priority at NUSALINDO and a vital part of our corporate
strategy.

This project will be executed whilst adhering to the safety policy and procedures as
documented in the NUSALINDO Standard Operational Procedure and Safety Manual.

Furthermore, all applicable laws, rules and regulations and common procedures applicable to
location, nature and type of work will be taken into consideration and abided by after review
with owners.

6.2 SHE-Q

Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHE-Q) is of vital importance to NUSALINDO. In


accordance with our SHEQ policy we commit ourselves completely to the equal goals, such as
there are:

• The supply of services according to contract agreement and to examine all our efforts in
the field of quality to STANDARD SAFETY REGULATIONS;
• To maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all persons;
• To avoid harm to the environment.

It is of the utmost importance that all our employees comply with the management system in
order to guarantee quality, safety and efficiency of operations. It is the tool with which
NUSALINDO systematically describes controls and assures with the aim:

• To work in accordance with the quality procedures and to meet the contract agreements;
• Safe working methods, in order to prevent accidents, anticipate and reduce risk;
• To meet law and regulations;
• To meet law and regulations;
• To continuously improve our HSE performance.

The responsibility and concern for SHE-Q apply to everyone working with or for NUSALINDO.
This entails that all employees during the execution of their activities are required to
demonstrably aim for this responsibility and concern. This responsibility and concerns
constitute and inseparable and integral part of our daily activities.

7. Payments Term
Payment term as follow:
- 40% payable upon signing of contract and mobilization
- 60% payable within 14 days upon submission of final invoice on completion of contract.

Others terms and condition as per agreement.
