Roles:
 Review the material, resource and submittals and shop drawings.
 Daily inspection for Civil and Architectural works.
 Tests and reports.
 Receiving the works from the factory up to handover.

 Readings and analysis Shop Drawings and Documents (Civil and Architect)
 Check the daily works with the labor.
 Infrastructure works (water, wastewater systems) installation and testing.
 Inspect construction works, check stander tests for concrete.
 Prepare daily report and monthly.
 Follow up daily progress and the implementation plan, current and the upcoming
activities.
 Quantity survey for concrete and steel and other elements.
 Steel tests.
 Finishing works and doors and windows, and other construction works.
 Check schedule progress
